1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide at checkout, registration or when requesting support: your email, billing details, company information where supplied, order items and payment status. Account passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.

For product fulfillment, we may store product keys, installation IDs, confirmation IDs, license requests, activation history, invitation links and the account email you submit for Autodesk or Microsoft 365 Family. We do not ask for your Autodesk or Microsoft account password.

If you upload an activation screenshot, it is processed to extract the installation ID. Crop the image to the relevant activation window and remove unrelated personal or sensitive information before uploading.

Technical information may include IP addresses, browser information, session identifiers and server/security logs generated while you use the website.

2. How information is used

We use this information to process orders, confirm payment, deliver products, manage activation allowances, provide invoices, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain order records.

Registration is optional. A private order link lets you access your purchase without an account. When you register through that link using the matching order email, the originating order can be linked to your new account. Ordinary registration does not automatically link other guest orders.

3. Service providers

Relevant information may be processed by hosting providers, email delivery providers and payment processors. Online payments, when enabled, are handled by PayPal or Stripe according to the option you choose. We do not request your card number or payment-provider password in our order-delivery forms.

Activation screenshots may be sent to Tencent Cloud OCR. Installation IDs and relevant license information may be sent to the configured activation or key-check provider. For manual authorization and family invitations, we use the submitted account email with the relevant Autodesk or Microsoft service. Use of these services is also subject to their own privacy terms.

Providers may process data in other countries. We aim to limit disclosures to information required for the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to investigate abuse.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies or browser storage for login sessions, shopping-cart contents, security and preferences such as wishlist items. Blocking essential cookies can prevent checkout or login from working. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

5. Retention and security

Order, invoice and activation records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deletion requests may not cover records we still need for these purposes.

We use access controls and protected storage for sensitive delivery records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Treat private order and invoice links like passwords: anyone holding a valid link may be able to access the related delivery information or claim the order through registration.

6. Your choices and requests

You can purchase without registering and can request correction, access or deletion of your personal information through our contact page. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact our support team and describe your request; never send passwords or full payment-card details.
