1. About these terms

These terms describe how KEYA1 accepts orders and supplies the digital products and services described on this website. Review the product description, system requirements, activation method and applicable policies before placing an order. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

2. Product selection and information

You are responsible for selecting the intended product, version, platform and quantity, and providing accurate contact and account information. Product-specific requirements and restrictions shown before purchase form part of the order information. Contact us before purchasing if anything is unclear.

3. Prices and payment

The store’s default currency is USD. The currency and total displayed for your individual order govern that purchase. Payment options are those actually offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Delivery access requires confirmed payment. A return to the website from a payment provider does not by itself confirm that payment has settled. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a pricing error is identified, we will contact you to agree on a resolution rather than silently substitute another product.

4. Digital delivery and activation

No physical shipment is included unless expressly stated. Delivery may consist of a product key, license code, confirmation ID, account authorization or family invitation, depending on the product. Availability checks and manual processing may affect delivery timing. Any timing stated on a product page should be read with its stated conditions.

Follow the supplied instructions and use the correct product edition. Activation allowances correspond to the purchased quantity or the terms stated for the product; access to a shared volume key does not grant unlimited installations.

5. Software license terms

Software remains subject to the relevant publisher’s license terms. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the publisher’s intellectual property or authorize use outside the rights supplied. Publisher and product names identify the relevant software and do not imply an affiliation or endorsement.

6. Accounts and private links

Keep account credentials, product keys and private order links secure. A valid private link can grant access to order information and delivery features. Registration through an eligible order link with its matching checkout email may associate that order with the account. Do not use another person’s email or order link without authorization.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass order checks, exceed purchased allowances, submit fraudulent payment information or disrupt the website and its service providers. Suspected abuse may require access to be paused while the issue is reviewed.

8. Cancellations, refunds and support

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the review process for undelivered orders, invalid products and duplicate payments. Digital products generally do not qualify for change-of-mind refunds after delivery. Contact support if your purchase was not supplied as described. Applicable mandatory remedies remain available.

9. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for orders, account management, activation and support. Send only information needed to resolve your request; never provide account passwords or full payment-card details.

10. Service interruptions and changes

Hosting, payment, publisher and activation services may experience interruptions. We will review affected orders and help resolve delivery issues. Updates to these terms are dated above and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
